What data is collected and why
The contact form collects your name, email and, if you provide them, your phone number, type of event, date, venue and message. They are used only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The updates form collects your email to let you know about new shows.
Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form and the steps taken at your request prior to a contract. Data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by law.
Forms are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as the sending provider and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Data is not shared with third parties for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to magic@rubensilva.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
The website only uses technical storage to remember your cookie choice. Measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta pixel) tools are only loaded if you accept them in the cookie notice. Videos are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, which does not store cookies until you play a video.
